At Live Beauty (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that issues may arise, and we want to address them promptly and fairly. This Return and Refund Policy explains our approach to returns and refunds.

No Returns or Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason.

1. Returns

We do not accept the return of any products as all products are genuine and some of them come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every product has a different warranty period.

We do not accept returns for any reason other than the following:

1.1 Damaged Products Due to Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the product. To initiate the return process, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photos of the damaged product

We will review your request and may request additional information if necessary. If we determine that the product is indeed damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if the defect is confirmed, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

1.2 Incorrect Product Deliveries

If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] of receiving the product. To initiate the return process, please provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the incorrect product received

We will review your request and may request additional information if necessary. If we confirm that the wrong product was delivered, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the following manner:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will include the purchase price of the item, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs, for eligible returns.

Gift cards are non-refundable

 

3 Cancellation 

  1. Cancellation Window:

    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
    • We process orders quickly to ensure swift delivery, typically within 24 hours. Therefore, cancellations requested after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
  2. Cancellation Process:

    • To cancel your order, please log in to your Live Beauty account, visit the "Order History" section, and select the order you wish to cancel.
    • If your cancellation request falls within the allowed time frame, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  3. No Cancellation After Shipping:

    • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
    • If you wish to return the product, please refer to our return policy for guidance.
