Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at livebeauty.in. We are committed to providing you with premium beauty and cosmetic products. Because cosmetics, personal care, and beauty products involve strict hygiene and safety constraints, we enforce a transparent transactional, cancellation, return, and refund standard. Our online store is powered by Shopify, and all digital transactions are securely processed through the Paytm Payment Gateway.

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase on our website.

1. Strict Order Cancellation Policy

We process orders rapidly to ensure we meet our strict handling and shipping windows. If you wish to cancel an order, the following conditions apply:

·         Cancellation Window: Customers MUST request a cancellation before the order is fulfilled or dispatched from our warehouse facility.

·         Once Fulfilled / Shipped: Once an order is marked as fulfilled, packed, or handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery), it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

·         How to Cancel: To request a cancellation before fulfillment, you must contact our support hotline immediately at +91 99309 80980 or email us at info@livebeauty.in with your Shopify Order Number. If eligible, a full refund will be reversed back to your source account via the Paytm Payment Gateway.

2. Absolute No-Return Parameter

At livebeauty.in, all sales are considered final. Once an order has been fulfilled and safely delivered according to your order specifications, we explicitly do not accept physical returns or provide financial refunds. We do not provide refunds or returns if:

·         The customer simply dislikes the shade, color, texture, scent, or personal performance of the cosmetics or beauty items.

·         The customer changes their mind, decides they no longer want, or no longer need the product after the order has been dispatched or delivered.

·         The product was purchased during store sales, seasonal promotions, or via specialized custom clearance offers.

·         The product seal has been broken, or the item has been opened, swatched, tested, or altered in any manner.

3. Exceptions Valid for a Financial Refund

We take absolute care in packaging and logistics fulfillment. We will gladly initiate a Full Refund strictly under the following two logistical exceptions:

1.      Damaged on Arrival: The product's structural integrity or core packaging was fractured, broken, leaking, or compromised when delivered by our courier partner.

2.      Incorrect Order Fulfillment (Wrong Product): The item delivered to your address completely mismatches the variant, brand, size, or specific product SKU that you ordered.

4. The Strict 7-Day Notification Window

To qualify for a refund under Section 3 or an exchange under Section 6, you must formally notify us within 7 calendar days from the exact date the shipping provider marks the parcel tracking ID as "Delivered".

Failure to report an issue via our designated mobile channel or email portal within this strict 7-day window will automatically invalidate any claims for compensation, replacement, or store credit.

5. Evidence and Verification Guidelines

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure clean Google Merchant Center verification compliance, we require clear documentation to process your request:

·         You must provide your valid livebeauty.in Shopify Order Identification Number received during checkout.

·         You must provide explicit, high-resolution photographic or video evidence documenting the damaged or completely incorrect item as it emerged from the package.

·         The item must remain absolutely unused, unmodified, unswatched, and preserved securely in its original branded box or outer sleeve wrapper.

6. Exchange Policy

If you do not want a refund and instead require a replacement product, your request is strictly subject to the following structural logistics rules:

·         Free Exchange (Zero Extra Cost): Free product exchange is ONLY granted in the case where an entirely wrong product was delivered to the customer due to our logistical mistake. livebeauty.in will handle all return collection and replacement shipping charges at zero cost to you.

·         Paid Exchange (₹150 Flat Fee): In any other accepted exchange scenario—including valid claims for items verified as damaged in transit where a direct swap is requested—the customer must pay a flat fee of ₹150 to successfully cover the two-way courier shipping and reverse logistics costs incurred.

Once your claim is validated, cleared, and any applicable logistics fees are settled by our verification desk, a fresh replacement SKU will be dispatched via Delhivery to your original delivery address. All financial refunds (where applicable) will be reversed back to your source payment network via our secure Paytm Payment Gateway integrations within 5 to 7 business days.
