At livebeauty.in, we strive to deliver your premium beauty and cosmetic orders quickly, safely, and transparently. We ship our entire product catalog completely within the domestic territory of India.

To ensure efficient, reliable distribution, we partner with Delhivery, one of India's leading express logistics networks. This Shipping Policy explicitly defines our delivery logistics, costs, timeline parameters, and cutoff thresholds to eliminate discrepancies before your checkout process.

1. Shipping Timelines

our domestic distribution timelines are strictly measured as follows:

· Order Cutoff Time: 02:00 PM (14:00) IST (Indian Standard Time)

· Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Operational Days: Monday to Saturday)

· In-Transit Delivery Time: 1 – 5 Days (Operational Days: Monday to Sunday)

· Total Estimated Delivery Window: 2 – 7 Calendar Days from the time of order validation.

Logistical Processing Details:

· Cutoff Conditions: Any order successfully authorized and completed through our Shopify panel before 2:00 PM IST will begin its warehouse sorting and packaging phase during the same day's operational cycle. Orders finalized after 2:00 PM IST will automatically advance into the following working day's queue.

· Handling Phase: During our 1-2 day handling period (Monday through Saturday), our team picks, inspects, and packs your cosmetics carefully to minimize damage risks before handing the physical shipment over to Delhivery. We do not dispatch orders on national holidays or operational Sundays.

· Transit Phase: Once handled by Delhivery, your package is in transit across a 1-5 day span operating Monday through Sunday. Actual transit times heavily depend on your destination tier (Metros, Tier-2 cities, or remote regions) relative to our fulfillment facility hub in Mumbai.

2. Transparent Shipping Rates & Delivery Charges

Our shipping rates are calculated uniformly based on your final shopping cart value. There are no hidden processing surcharges or unlisted tier costs added post-purchase:

· Orders Valued at ₹999.99 and Below: A standard Flat Rate Shipping Fee of ₹100.00 applies.

· Orders Valued at ₹1,000.00 and Above: FREE SHIPPING is automatically activated at checkout.

All final delivery charges are displayed clearly in your shopping cart totals before any secure payment authorizations are executed via our Paytm Payment Gateway.

3. Order Tracking and Carrier Logistics

As soon as your cosmetics parcel is scanned and handed over to Delhivery, our Shopify network automatically generates an email or SMS notification containing your unique Tracking ID or AWB number.

4. Address Corrections and Failed Delivery

· Incorrect Address Coordinates: We are legally unable to adjust or reroute packages once they have cleared our warehouse layout. Please carefully verify your full name, shipping address, landmarks, and pincode prior to confirming payment.

· Delivery Attempts: If Delhivery is unable to deliver due to customer absence or an incorrect address details, they will make up to 3 separate delivery attempts before returning the shipment back to our hub.
