·         Payment Safety: All financial card details, wallet processing, and UPI operations are handled via securely encrypted connections through the Paytm Payment Gateway. We do not store or save financial credentials on our databases.

Your purchases are strictly bound by our operational shipping timelines and return restrictions:

·         Logistics Partner: All physical order fulfillments and distribution tracking networks are executed via our courier partner, Delhivery.

·         Final Sale Parameter: As outlined in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, all retail selections are final. We do not offer returns or adjustments if a customer simply dislikes or no longer needs a product. Exchanges or refunds are exclusively granted for items verified as damaged on arrival or incorrectly fulfilled, provided we are notified via phone or email within 7 days of delivery.
